If you wish to use our “Common Needs” feature, you affirm that you are more than 18 years of age and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties consequent to the creation of the documents, and are aware of the same. II. businesshelpline.in Only provides a medium for interaction
Business Helpline Ventures is an internet portal that facilitates communication between legal professionals and potential users of legal services. Business Helpline Ventures acts as a venue for providers and consumers of legal services to exchange information with the goal of eventually forming a professional relationship. Business Helpline Ventures does not guarantee that users will successfully find an advocate/lawyer/attorney through this system. Business Helpline Ventures takes no position and offers no opinion on when or if a lawyer-client relationship has been formed.
In order to provide an optimal forum for lawyers and clients, Business Helpline Ventures does not involve itself in the agreements between lawyers and clients or the actual representation of clients. Therefore, we cannot ensure the completion of the agreement or the integrity of either party. The user, and not Business Helpline Ventures , is solely responsible for assessing the integrity, honesty, and trustworthiness of all persons with whom the user communicates on this service.
(a) Disclaimer of lawyer-client relationship
Business Helpline Ventures is not an agent of lawyers. It only facilitates the communication of lawyers and potential clients. Any electronic communication sent to Business Helpline Ventures alone will not create a lawyer-client relationship between the user and Business Helpline Ventures , such being expressly denied.
(b) Business Helpline Ventures does not promote any User.
Business Helpline Ventures seeks to help every needy litigant find lawyers best suited to his/her needs. Business Helpline Ventures is not intended to be a source of advertising or solicitation and the contents of the website should not be construed as legal advice. Business Helpline Ventures may recommend subscribing lawyers if they match a user’s requirements, but not otherwise. Transmission, receipt or use of Business Helpline Ventures does not constitute or create a lawyer-client relationship. No recipients of content from this website should act, or refrain from acting, based upon any or all of the contents of this site. We welcome the user to study the profiles of lawyers independently and make an informed choice.
(c) Specifically, Business Helpline Ventures does not provide any avenue for solicitation
Business Helpline Ventures hides information about clients from lawyers until the client communicates with the lawyers directly or online. Therefore, the lawyers are not allowed to view private information about potential clients.
(d) Business Helpline Ventures does not provide Legal Advice
Business Helpline Ventures ‘Common Needs’ feature uses only user supplied content to produce basic documents. The information provided in the ‘FAQs’ section also does not amount to legal advice, such merely being commonly asked queries about Will making, Lease Agreement drafting, Cheque Dishonour notices, Money recovery notices, Power of Attorney to collect rent and other documents which may be added from time to time. Users are advised to consult lawyers if they need specialized guidance on any of these documents.
(e) ‘Common Needs’- Resale of Forms Prohibited
Business Helpline Ventures grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our “Common Needs” feature for your own personal use, or if you are an attorney or professional, for your client. Except as otherwise provided, you acknowledge and agree that you have no right to modify, edit, copy, reproduce, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, alter, enhance or in any way exploit any of the Forms in any manner, except for modifications in filling out the Forms for your authorized use.
By ordering a document from Business Helpline Ventures , you agree that the document you purchase may only be used by you for your personal or business use or used by you in connection with your client and may not be sold or redistributed without the express written consent of Business Helpline Ventures . Reselling or distributing without permission amounts to a violation of Business Helpline Ventures exclusive copyright and is liable to prosecution.
(f) Disclaimer of representations by users
Business Helpline Ventures makes no representation, guarantee, or warranty (express or implied) as to the legal ability, competence, or quality of representation which may be provided by any of the lawyers or law firms which are listed through this site or any affiliate thereof.

This Agreement shall all be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India applicable to agreements made and to be performed in India. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between businesshelpline.in and you for any purpose concerning this Agreement or the parties’ obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in India . Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Service must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred. businesshelpline.in failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of this Agreement. businesshelpline.in may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
Refund Policy
Penalty or Tax Payment
Business Helpline Ventures and its employees play the role of a corporate service provider. While, it is our responsibility to prepare the necessary filings, it is the clients responsibility to ensure accuracy and correctness. Hence, Business Helpline Ventures will not pay any penalties or taxes on behalf of its clients. Further, Business Helpline Ventures is not responsible or liable for any other cost incurred by the client related to the completion of the service that is out of scope.
Fees & charges collected by us are non refundable. Refunds are applicable only in case of denial of services from our side. Refunds amount are not more than the amount paid by the said client seeking for refund. We are not liable in case of delay or denial due to unavoidable situation or other sufficient causes.
All disputes are subject to Delhi Jurisdiction only.
Factors Outside our Control
We cannot guarantee the results or outcome of your particular procedure. For instance, the government may reject a trademark application for legal reasons beyond the scope of Business Helpline Ventures service. In some cases, a government backlog or problems with the government platforms (e.g. MCA website, Income Tax website, FSSAI website) can lead to long delays before your process is complete. Similarly, Business Helpline Ventures does not guarantee the results or outcomes of the services rendered by our Associates on Nearest. Expert platform, who are not employed by Business Helpline Ventures. Problems like these are beyond our control and are not covered by this guarantee or eligible for refund. Hence, delay in processing of your file by the Government cannot be a reason for refund.
Force Majeure
Business Helpline Ventures shall not be considered in breach of its Satisfaction Guarantee policy or default under any terms of service, and shall not be liable to the Client for any cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance of its obligations by reason of earthquake, flood, fire, storm, lightning, drought, landslide, hurricane, cyclone, typhoon, tornado, natural disaster, act of God or the public enemy, epidemic, famine or plague, action of a court or public authority, change in law, explosion, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labor strike, lockout, boycott or similar event beyond our reasonable control, whether foreseen or unforeseen (each a “Force Majeure Event”).
